With experience in both general real estate and new home sales, including time with Holiday Builders and D.R. Horton, Richard has developed extensive knowledge of the housing and building market along with a deep understanding of the home buying and selling process.

Originally from Texas, Richard has lived throughout Florida as well as across several Gulf Coast and Southern states, including Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, and Alabama. Now proudly calling Jay, Florida home, Richard values building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.

Richard’s real estate philosophy centers on understanding each client’s unique needs and goals.
